Fleet Basics Program
Holistic Education for the Power Sweeping Industry
Employee training is a good investment.
The training programs offered by the North American Power Sweeping Association (NAPSA) are designed to instill your employees with the knowledge they need to keep your business running. NAPSA Sweeper School’s Certified Sweeper Operator (CSO) and Certified Sweeper Manager (CSM) programs rightly focus on sweeper operation and business best practices, and they’re thorough — they take a significant amount of time to complete, and are geared toward your more experienced employees.
The NAPSA Fleet Basics program addresses the training needs of your company’s employees, regardless of their roles. Fleet Basics courses are inexpensive, and add tremendous value to your company’s onboarding process and ongoing employee training programs. The first course offered through the Fleet Basics Program, “Key Fundamentals,” will launch January 2020. This course focuses on the safe operation of motor vehicles.
Current Course Offerings
The Fleet Basics program provides another training tool — one that is useful to virtually every employee of your company, regardless of how long they’ve been in the sweeping business. Fleet Basics courses will be regularly added to the program in the coming months and years, with each one taking on a different facet of the sweeping business. Fleet Basics’ holistic approach will provide your employees — drivers and non-drivers alike — regular opportunities to “level up,” ensuring that they all understand the big picture and speak the language of the power sweeping business.
